CHRISTMAS DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- December 20th - January 2nd: Storm will be closed from Friday 20th December at 5pm, and will re-open on Thursday 2nd January at 8am. Orders placed during this period will be scheduled for delivery in the new year.
- Friday, January 3rd: For orders placed before 12:00 on Friday 20th December, Storm will be back with limited local deliveries to the following postcodes: CF, NP, BS, BA, TA, EX, TQ
- Week commencing 6th January: Normal delivery service resumes.
DELIVERY OF STORM BUILDING PRODUCTS FROM SOUTHGATE
PLEASE NOTE - we are currently experiencing short delays to shipments of Southgate products - lead times are currently approximately 5 - 10 working days and may not necessarily follow the schedule below at this time.

All orders containing products from Storm Building Products are subject to a delivery charge of £27.5 + VAT.
Please note that if returned with no fault of the product from the manufacturer, all storm products incur a 15% restocking fee for businesses, and returns after 14 days, and will be liable for a collection charge if a collection is required.
Deductions may apply if the value of the goods is diminished by any amount as a result of handling of the goods by the consumer beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods

** Orders over 5m in length and/or over 250kg MAY be subject to extended lead times
** Sheets over 6m will be subject to a £150 delivery surcharge and extended lead times
