Flat roof pergolas are the most popular roof type seen on domestic garden pergolas. The flat roof style makes it simple to integrate additional design features such as lighting and plants. Although water runoff will be slower than it would be on an apex roof pergola, water pooling or flooding is not a concern thanks to the integrated gutter and downpipe system featured in Milwood’s flat roof pergolas.

DELIVERY OF MILWOOD GROUP PRODUCTS
- All products from Milwood Group will be delivered within approximately 3 - 4 weeks
RETURNS OF MILWOOD GROUP PRODUCTS
- Returns of Milwood products must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery by the customer.
- Returns free of charge shall only be accepted if it is satisfied that those goods are defective and that such defects would not be apparent on inspection.
- If the goods are eligible for a return, the customer has the option to either have the goods replaced or receive a refund.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods if said goods feature no defects and are not damaged in any way.
