If emailing, please provide your order number and contact details so we can assist as quickly as possible. We are trying our best to get back to customers as quickly as possible, but please be mindful if we have to get information from carriers they are working in a difficult environment and this can take time. |

Our warehouses are working tirelessly to dispatch orders ASAP with the majority being dispatched next day. However, due to levels of demand and the new 2m working practises this can vary, you will be notified by email once your goods have been dispatched |

We cannot guarantee next day, AM or Saturday deliveries at this current time. You should not book machinery or labour until your goods have been received. The carrier networks are doing an amazing job in very difficult circumstances with high demand and pressure in the network, whilst also practising social distancing and customer services are working remotely and in reduced numbers. Therefore deliveries can take a few days longer than normal. |

Our trade counters are currently closed, for the safety of our staff. However, we are servicing local customers with deliveries on our own vehicles or click/email orders, with collection slots from our branches. We do ask that you are patient with our staff as we trying our very best during these challenging times to offer the best service we can. |
